About the Event
The Caring Hands Award is a recognition of the contribution that nursing aides provide in enhancing the quality of life for older adults. The focus is on honoring those who exemplify the highest standards of compassion, commitment and excellence. Join us in recognizing and appreciating the hard work and dedication of your special CNA or HHA at the Luncheon Ceremony on March 12, 2025.

Registration will begin at 11:30 am and the program will start at Noon and run until 2:30 pm.

Welcome Back Scot Haney!
We are thrilled to announce that Scot Haney, the beloved media personality from WSFB, will be joining us once again at the Caring Hands Award Luncheon. Scot has generously volunteered his time to support this event for the past seven years, and we are excited to celebrate the 8th year with him!

Nomination Process
The Caring Hands Award Luncheon is an opportunity for our members to recognize and honor a nursing aide who is special to their nursing home, home health care agency or assisted living community. The honorees are chosen by you and will be honored with a specially designed award at this luncheon ceremony.

To nominate a nursing aide from your community, please fill out the nomination form and email it, along with a recent photo of your nominee, to Allison Anka at [email protected]. All submissions must be received by February 12, 2025. Nominations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Table Reservation Fees: 
8 people for $800
10 people for $900

Each organization that nominates an honoree is committed to supporting the event and will receive the following with the purchase of a Caring Hands luncheon package:
•  Please select your preference, keeping in mind that the honoree is included in the total count. If your party exceeds the capacity of a table for 8 or 10, you’ll need to reserve additional tables.
•  A specially designed award presented to the honoree (one honoree per package).
•  The opportunity to arrive early to uniquely decorate your table - but please no glitter or confetti.
•  A professional photograph of your table attendees and award presentation.

This year, we will not be collecting the names of your attendees, only the total number of people attending. Name tags will be assigned based on the organization under which you register the table.
