The Need for Great Managers
The main driver for employee retention is having a great boss. In fact, according to Gallup Management Research, 70% of an employee's engagement is determined by the employee's relationship with their direct supervisor.

Most managers have been promoted from staff positions but have never received management training. When you train managers, everyone wins! Your employees win, your customers win, and your organization wins.

Great managers produce higher employee engagement, productivity, retention, improved teamwork, and higher customer satisfaction.

Designed especially for managers working in aging services settings, Leading With Confidence offers clear, practical, and engaging skill-building over 6 sessions.

Enrollment is limited to just 10 students per class to promote dialogue, shared learning, and a collegial atmosphere built on trust. Students will engage in exercises and demonstrations designed to grow their skills and confidence as leaders. All students will be welcomed, challenged and affirmed.

Each session includes will come with professionally designed handouts and resource materials. After attending all sessions, graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Who Should Attend
This course training is targeted for new managers, managers who’ve have never received formal management training, and experienced managers who want to refine their management skills.

Webinar Schedule
Leading With Confidence is offered via Zoom. The webinar series will be beginning on Friday, October 6th and running through November 17th.
