• Their role in the prevention of falls and falls related injuries with COVID considerations
• Identify the process to determine patients fall risk level and root cause
• Develop an interdisciplinary treatmetn and discharge plan based on the individual needs of the patient
• Provide education to the patient and caregivers on fall prevention and management
