Registration Information:
Attendees have the option to register online or by completing this form and returning it to LeadingAge Connecticut. The Attendee Registration form can be submitted to Nurka Carrero at [email protected], Fax 203-678-4650 or mail to 110 Barnes Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492.

To Register Online Options: Click Register Online Now tab above or visit www.leadingagect.org, click on Meetings and Events, EXPO Attendee tab and complete the required information.

Paper Registration: Complete both sides of the form and submit to LeadingAge Connecticut.

2024 EXPO Pricing:
LeadingAge Connecticut Provider Members & Subscribers $90
Non-member Providers $150

Please note that registration is a commitment to pay in full. However, if your organization is undergoing a health inspection survey on the day of EXPO, LeadingAge Connecticut will provide a refund.
