State Legislative Summaries

The 2017 Review of Key Legislation Relating to Providers of Services to the Elderly as prepared by Wiggin and Dana for LeadingAge Connecticut members. We hope that you will find this summary of the new laws passed in the most recent state legislative regular session useful to you and your staff. Please note: The State Legislature adjourned the regular session without passing a state budget. They have called a special session and once a state budget is passed, Wiggin and Dana will prepare an addendum to this report.
