We are happy to present the DPH Regulatory Program that we were unable to bring you at the November 13th Conference due to the federal shutdown.

Nursing Home Regulatory Update Now Available
Gain practical insight into how regulators are approaching nursing home oversight in Connecticut. This session with the Connecticut Department of Public Health will focus on current staffing expectations, top survey deficiencies, Immediate Jeopardy findings, and Life Safety Code trends, including commonly used waivers.

Attendees will also hear updates on legislative changes, MDS considerations, compliance trends, and the licensing process including change of ownership. The session will conclude with key reminders related to internal dispute resolution and past noncompliance, equipping participants with information to reduce risk and strengthen regulatory readiness.
