Registration Information:

This year, the LeadingAge Connecticut EXPO is completely redesigned to reflect the unique needs of today’s world. We are excited to offer a virtual EXPO since it allows us the ability to offer attendees outstanding and high quality education sessions that feature many of our Annual Partners, EXPO Grand Sponsors and exhibitors. Our 30 different concurrent education sessions are designed for all levels across the continuum of care and our two keynote speakers will provide inspirational and visionary perspectives on the future of aging services. In short, there is something for everyone!

New Pricing Structure:  Since this is a special EXPO, we have adjusted our pricing structure and registration to include access to both days of the virtual EXPO.  We hope that this pricing structure encourages you to register your management, Board of Directors and other key staff members for the LeadingAge Connecticut Virtual EXPO.  Groups of 10 or more people (unlimited), from the same worksite or homecare agency, will be a flat rate of $750/member rate.  While the 10+ pricing level is unlimited, we will need everyone’s name and email address so that they can receive their personalized registration link.  Link sharing is prohibited and we can only award CEU’s to registered attendees.

Single Provider Attendees:
LeadingAge Connecticut member/subscriber $75 per attendee       Non-Member Providers $125 per attendee

Group Discount (10+ attendees from the same worksite or homecare agency):
